What Is Dermoscopic Monitoring?

Dermoscopic monitoring is a special procedure that enables comparative follow ups of a single skin lesion over different points in time. This kind of monitoring is possible only in the constellation of computerized digital dermoscopy with a dermoscopic monitoring module. It enables spotting even the smallest sign of evolution of a skin lesion, which provides early melanoma diagnostics and prevention of developing melanoma, and by that, a chance to be cured.

ORS Comment
